Real prices, and exactly what is in them. Every figure here is what you actually pay — tax included, no fees added later. You get a fixed number in writing before any work starts, and it does not move unless you ask for something that was not on the list.

Changes and small jobs: $110 an hour, tax included. No minimum, no retainer, nothing to sign. Existing clients get a straight answer on the phone for free.
Every price on this page is tax included. Your invoice shows the Connecticut sales tax computed separately, as the state requires.
Anything over $1,000 splits into three payments at no extra cost. And if you have a number in mind, tell me what it is — I would rather build you the right small thing than sell you something you do not need.
What is not included
A template site uses one of my existing designs, so it will share its layout with other businesses — the colours, type and content are yours, the bones are not exclusive. Logo and branding, written copy, and photography are not in any of these prices. I can handle any of them or work with someone you already use — either way it is quoted separately so you can see what you are paying for.
How a project runs
You send a note. I ask a few questions and give you a fixed price and a date. You see the site as it is built, not as a reveal at the end. When it is finished it goes live on your accounts and I hand you everything.
The monthly covers hosting, the domain, security certificates, backups and updates. It is optional — host it yourself if you would rather, it is your site either way.
